How does virtual bookkeeping work?
Gone are the days when you would deliver everything to your accountant, carefully filed, ready for them to write up and tell you your results each quarter. With Xero, Hubdoc and our team here at Contando you can have real time access to your results.
With Hubdoc you’ll install an app on your phone and take a photo of any receipts or invoices ready for us to link into your Xero file. Or if you receive invoices by email you can forward them to a special email address and we’ll link it into your Xero file, that’s it! Snap a pic or forward an email, easy!
We’ll link your business bank account to Xero and get read only access to your statements and transactions. We can use this to categorise your income and expenses, prepare and submit your VAT returns and then produce useful reports to discuss with your during our video catch ups. We’ll do all the hard work and analysis. All you have to do is snap and forward.

Can you set me up on Xero?

We’re experts at Xero set up and Xero Migration (see the shiny Xero Migration badge!) so you are in safe hands. Xero migration means we can move your data over from another accounting package and Xero set up means we can set you up from scratch.
